Great as a self awareness tool. Writing about anxiety and personal details can be tough. But a great reference to look back through as you make progress further into the book. I recommend to all my clients suffering with anxiety/depression.

I just started it, but I feel lke it will help. The intro teaches the difference between anxiety and fear, and explains how those of us are too anxious became that way.
This is an awesome workbook I bought it for my sister and gifted it to her to use but I did go through it before getting it and it had lots of detailed information and a great staff to help you work through your anxiety I highly recommend
So far, this workbook has been a huge help. It took me a couple days to get in the habit of working on it. The book is very well written and easy to understand. The exercises are practical and easy to incorporate in my daily life.
